Directions:
Take I-495 to I-95 South. Take first exit toward Franconia. Take right on Frontier Drive (past Macy's at Springfield Mall) to a left on Franconia/Springfield Parkway. Cross over Beulah Street - Parkway becomes Manchester Boulevard. Take next right on Hayfield to The Elms at Kingstowne entrance on the right.
