Legend Management staff will respond to all non-emergency repair visits within one business day of the date of our e-mailed or telephoned reply to this request.
If your service request is an EMERGENCY, please DO NOT contact us by e-mail. Please contact your leasing office for immediate attention. In the event of a life threatening emergency in your apartment home (such as a fire or natural disaster), contact 911 for emergency assistance and then contact the community's management team to report the emergency.
