We know there are countless choices for today’s renter and so much to remember when making this very important decision, so we have provided some additional information that may be important to you. Our award-winning, customer-focused teams strive to make this process – and your time with us – as hassle-free as possible. The application fee is $50 per person and is a non-refundable amount. All persons over the age of 18 must complete an application for occupancy and will be a leaseholder upon approval.
The refundable security deposit starts at $500 based upon application approval.
A one-time payment in the amount of $350. This payment is non-refundable unless cancellation is made in writing within 48 hours of signed reservation agreement.
We welcome a two-pet maximum per apartment, not to exceed 100 lbs. total weight of one dog. Some breeds are prohibited and all pets are subject to the approval of management. A non-refundable pet fee is required and monthly pet rent amounts are per pet. Specifics regarding your pet’s breed, weight, proof of rabies documentation from your veterinarian and a photo of your pet will be required prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 is due upon move-in. A monthly pet rent of $40 per pet will be due at the beginning of each month.
Individual parking garages are available. A $150.00 refundable deposit is due upon move-in if you rent a garage. A monthly garage rent of $175.00 per garage will be due at the beginning of each month. Parking spots are not reserved and are first-come, first-served. 1 parking pass per lease holder with up to 3 lease holders per household for surface lot spots. No commercial vehicles are permitted to be parked overnight on the property.
12-month leases are standard but we do offer variable lease terms as market conditions allow.
In the event there is a reduced market rate at the time you lease your new home, the concession is extended in consideration of 12-month minimum and is expected to be paid back in full if the lease term is not fulfilled.
Residents pay for gas, electric, water, sewer and trash. Your leasing professional will be happy to provide you with the local contact numbers to set up your new accounts.
We require all residents to have a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage at all times and Legend Management Group to be included as “Additional Insured.” All approved applications pre-qualify for an A+ policy that is easy, affordable and hassle-free at eRenterPlan.com. Ask your leasing professional about our e-RenterPlans or you can use the insurance company of your choice.
Life is busy and time is valuable, so we aim to make our exchanges as hassle-free as possible with our resident portal. Residents and future residents have the options of paying rent online with a credit card,* auto-debit or e-check through our resident portal. Simply click the “Resident Login” link above to login or register. Rent can also be paid with a check, money order or cashier’s check.
*Processing fees will vary for credit card payments.

Fitness Center: 24 hours
Residents can choose from Comcast or Verizon for their cable, telephone and Internet needs.
